In October, the guest of honour (Iceland) will be the centre of attention like never before in Europe: Around 40 Icelandic authors are expected at the Book Fair. Among them are Andri Snær Magnason, Guðrún Eva Mínervudóttir, Hallgrímur Helgason, Jón Kalman Stefánsson, Kristín Steinsdóttir and Sjón, as well as crime writers Arnaldur Indriðason and Yrsa Sigurðardóttir, and this year´s Nordic Literary Prize winner Gyrðir Elíasson. Already in the run-up, there is a full program made up of literature, fine arts, film, photography and music to experience.
